Set up divisions and the draw, then let it run: courts fill themselves and the playoff seeds itself. Invite a co-organizer or desk helpers to run it with you from their own devices, and step in any time: change a match, record a walkover or fix a score.
Each player scans their own QR code: their court and opponent, a rest countdown with “We’re ready”, score entry the other team confirms, where they rank in the division, and a medal if they make the podium.
Put it on a TV: each new call announced, who’s playing on which court, up next and podiums as they’re decided. Friends and family follow from anywhere.
The next match is called as soon as a court is free and both teams are rested, and the playoff seeds itself when the pools end. Override anything with a tap.
One team enters the score, the other confirms it. Agreed scores count straight away; the desk only hears about the rare disagreement.
Round robin, pools into a playoff, or single elimination, with bronze matches and proper tiebreaks. Watch the bracket take shape before the pools even finish.
Seed by rating with a small shuffle so redraws vary, keep club-mates apart, and swap teams or players by hand before you lock it.
Players who come alone are paired at random or balanced by rating, in men’s, women’s, mixed or open.
Teams of two men and two women play team matches: men’s, women’s and two mixed doubles, with a Dreambreaker at 2–2. Teams set their lineups; games run two courts at a time.
Require DUPR IDs before play, let players link their own, and export the results for DUPR.

Invite a co-organizer or desk helpers with a link. They sign in on their own phone, tablet or laptop and run the desk with you, at the same time.
